He married Elizabeth Hocken in Bodmin, Cornwall, 1 Jan 1770.

Patrick Musgrove and Elizabeth Hocken had the following children:

3 i. Catherine³ Musgrove was born in Bodmin, Cornwall 1770. She married John Collins in Bodmin, Cornwall, 19 May 1793. John was born in St Mawes, Cornwall 1767. John was the son of John Collins and Florence Bellman. (See John Collins for the continuation of this line.)

4 ii. Robert Musgrove was born in Bodmin, Cornwall 1773.
