2. Joseph² Patchett (Richard¹) was born in Croxton Kerrial, Leicestershire Abt 1787.

He married Catherine Ward in Muston, Leicestershire, 14 May 1812. Catherine was born in Croxton Kerrial, Leicestershire 1786. Catherine was the daughter of Robert Ward and Ann Dolby. Her body was interred 28 Jun 1872 in Muston.

Joseph Patchett and Catherine Ward had the following child:
